Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Blended Scotch whisky
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
12 oz Giffard Crème de Framboise
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Raspberries

How to make:

POUR first three ingredients into ice-filled glass and lightly stir. DRIZZLE raspberry liqueur over surface of drink.

Review:

Scotch, lime juice and ginger beer, flavoured and made a tad pink by raspberry liqueur.

I recently tried this drink and really enjoyed it. The peaty, smoky notes from the whisky combined with fruitiness and ginger spice makes an excellent cocktail. I would prefer this over a Dark 'n Stormy as it is a much more interesting experience.
