Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Blended Scotch whisky
1 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
1 oz Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit wedge .
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Very interesting and tasty cocktail. Not as smoky as I was expecting. The grapefruit and orange work perfectly with the Scotch Whisky. Given it was designed by Vic Bergeron, there is a hint of tiki, but it is not sweet.
