Ingredients:
1 12 oz Chocolate cream liqueur
1 12 oz Patrón Añejo tequila
13 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered chocolate.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  4. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Maybe my choice of chocolate cream liqueur - Cornish Lust, or Cornish Dream, whichever their chocolate flavour is - makes it different to Mr. Szczupal. There's a nice agave flavour behind the chocolate cream, albeit subtle.

It is very one-dimensional. It's very monotonous. It lacks something to break the egemony of the Mozart which is overpowering to the point of being bored quickly.
