1 oz	Ketel One Vodka
1 oz	Irish cream liqueur
¹⁄₄ oz	Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

Used some standard coffee (don't have a machine) and some cream-caramel liqueur in place of the butterscotch. Was perfectly balanced, not too sweet. Though maybe butterscotch may make it different.
