Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Passoã passion fruit liqueur
1 13 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
2 12 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered lime slice & Luxardo Maraschino Cherry sail.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Bay of Passion
I used to row around the bay at Maiori to a secluded beach for an assignation. This drink is in memory of those great moments.

10z/3cl vodka
1oz/3cl Passóa
4oz/12cl cranberry juice
2oz/6cl fresh grapefruit juice

Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a highball filled with ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry on the rim.

What a wonderful and refreshing summertime cocktail. Not overly sweet, but we use unsweetened Cranberry and add our own sweetener.
Would be perfect on a warm afternoon or evening. We had as an evening sipper while watching a concert of the 200th anniversary of Beethoven's 9th.
