I didn't have cranberry on hand, so I subbed with a 3:2 blend of homemade grenadine-to-lime, and I think it came out close enough. The honey is rather prominent. My take here resulted in a sort of richer version of a Scofflaw maybe? Decent swill, nonetheless. (28 Sep 2022, 10:25a)

Balanced and more complex than you’d expect. Don’t be put off by the honey syrup its easy to make in the microwave - 15ml of honey (1 tbsp) plus 5 ml (1 tsp) water in something like an egg cup - about 30s but keep an eye on it

Cranberry juice is a little ambiguous. Most would interpret it as cranberry juice cocktail with water and sugar added to make it drinkable. We used pure cranberry juice and it wasn’t too sweet. Could have even used a tad more Falernum.

We used Eager Cranberry Juice but Ocean Spray would also work.

Too sweet for me. Needs more citrus to balance. Grapefruit is not enough

Agreed. Hence, not just 5ml honey water syrup.
