What this cocktail lacks in verdant colour is made up by its grassy green favour.

Tatsey, but the Chartreuse gets lose in the apple juice/bison grass, and could perhaps to use to be increased.

I've revisited and upped the Chartreuse while swapping lime juice for Bianco vermouth. I've also tweaked all the measures. This was a cocktail much in need of tinkering!

Hi Mr Difford, surely some mistake, the version on the site has 2 lots of 5ml lime juice, whilst I love lime and Bison grass i seem to be missing the herbal element (trying with chartreuse for one of the 5ml lime as i write:).
Please let us all know what you intended?

Many thanks for bringing to my attention. You hit the spot with Chartreuse! Now corrected.

Quite a refreshing cocktail! The fresh mint sprig is a nice aromatic touch.
