Ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon whiskey
34 oz Corn/maize liqueur
14 oz Chili liqueur
2 dash Lime bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wheel slice (dehydrated).
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

History:

Created in October 2022 by Brent Roe, a fellow Discerning Drinker who shared his recipe via a comment on the Nixta page on Difford's Guide.

The Taco Belle American restaurant chain takes its name from its founder, Glen Bell who opened Bell's Drive-In and Taco Tia in San Bernardino, California, in 1954. The Taco Bell name was first used in 1962 when he opened his second restaurant in Downey, California. Two years later, Bell turned his restaurant concept into a franchise, and within just three years, there were 100 Taco Bells. Another three years on and there were 325 restaurants. In 2023, the number stood at 8,564 restaurants in 32 different countries.
