How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with finely crushed ice and strain into chilled glass.
2 fl oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
1/2 fl oz | Lime (fresh) |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1/4 fl oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Chilled water (reduce if wet ice) |

Created by Constantino (Constante) Ribalaigua Vert at the Floridita bar in Havana, Cuba. This recipe is adapted from a 1937 Bar Florida (later renamed Floridita) menu, also in Havana, Cuba.
