How to make:
MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
|2 slice||Root ginger (thumbnail sized slice)|
|2 fl oz||Bacardi 8 year old rum|
|3 fl oz||Pear juice (freshly pressed)|
|1 fl oz||Cranberry juice drink|
|1/4 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/4 fl oz||Maple syrup|
