How to make:

MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

2 slice Root ginger (thumbnail sized slice)
2 fl oz Bacardi 8 year old rum
3 fl oz Pear juice (freshly pressed)
1 fl oz Cranberry juice drink
1/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Maple syrup
