Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 slice Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
2 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
3 oz Pear juice (freshly pressed)
1 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Maple syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pear wedge.
  3. MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients.
  5. SHAKE with ice.
  6. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Review:

Subtle and easy. Hard to believe this drink contains two measures of rum.

Nice drink and was a go to for using up pear juice
needs a sunny day to really enjoy not a miserable rainy day in Devon
