Ingredients:
1 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
34 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
34 oz Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. RIM glass with smoked salt (moisten outside edge with grapefruit juice and dip into salt).
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

This is indeed fantastic. It starts off with the refreshing lime and bitter Campari, takes a brief detour through light smoke, and finishes with sweet Pamplemousse and herbal agave. Complex and delicious.

This is fantastic. Especially liked what the pamplemousse liqueur brought to the mixture. Was a tiny bit short and made up the difference with maraschino liqueur.☆☆☆☆☆♡

Swapped the campari and simple for 1/2oz aperol and found this to be quite well balanced and delicious
