I love mojitos and elderflower but unfortunately this is vile. The mint would probably be better muddled in the lime juice and liqueur to avoid bringing out so much bitterness, and crushed ice with multiple churns just makes it watery and bland.

I found it too sweet with Plantaion 3 stars with the above doses. Still delicious, but next time dial back on the Elderflower for my taste. This could also work with a bit of Green/Yellow Chartreuse.

Lovely cocktail...we think that this is better balanced than the Parisien.

I would argue that this is almost better then a regular Mojito, with the elderflower liqueur being at the perfect amount, which although it’s not summer here in Australia, this would definitely be a hit during summer

Super refreshing, even better than a Mojito for the hot summer. The elderflower offers just enough sweetness, that is balanced, yet nicely dry.

Very refreshing and perfect with a light luncheon. We used Clairin Vaval (a Haitian sugar cane rum similar to cachaça). Gave the cocktail the wonderful Rhum Agricore flavour. It is 97 Proof so the cocktail had a little more punch.

Used Cachaça instead of rum, and it works very well! It has the bite of the Cachaça, while still being refreshing. Might need more sweetener for some, but I enjoyed as it is
