Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 2 oz | Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years |
| 1⁄2 oz | Becherovka liqueur |
| 1 dash | Wormwood bitters optional |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
- Prepare garnish of apple fan or dehydrated apple slice.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with apple fan or apple slice.

History:
Created in 2009 by Marian Beke at the Artesian Bar, London, England. The Artesian Bar sits in the Langham Hotel opposite the BBC's Broadcasting House. Indeed, the BBC moved into the Langham after the Broadcasting House was bombed during the Second World War ... they stayed almost 20 years.
