Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
12 oz Becherovka liqueur
1 dash Wormwood bitters optional
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of apple fan or dehydrated apple slice.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with apple fan or apple slice.

Review:

Based on the classic B & B cocktail with rum replacing brandy and Becherovka in place of Bénédictine.

History:

Created in 2009 by Marian Beke at the Artesian Bar, London, England. The Artesian Bar sits in the Langham Hotel opposite the BBC's Broadcasting House. Indeed, the BBC moved into the Langham after the Broadcasting House was bombed during the Second World War ... they stayed almost 20 years.
