Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Blended Scotch whisky
34 oz Honey herbal liqueur (e.g. Drambuie)
34 oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
12 oz Single cream/half-and-half
12 oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with dusting of nutmeg grated over cocktail.

This isn't necessarily a drink that'll knock your socks off, but if you want a somewhat creamy, smokey/herbal dessert/nightcap, this is a solid choice. It's not too creamy/heavy/fatty nor too smokey/herbal. Coffee is mild, too. I wanna say there's a hint of "chocolate" in there... Slightly astringent. Could maybe try a small amount of sugar syrup if you want something more on the dessert side of things, but either way, a fairly well balanced easy sipper.

definitely doesnt need to be sweeteened imo but then again i hate drambuie
