Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Blended Scotch whisky
12 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
12 oz Maple syrup
1 oz Single cream/half-and-half
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare cinnamon powder for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon powder.
