Using a genuinely malty oude genever produces a deliciously retro take on the modern Dry Martini.

The dry martini’s brooding, tattooed cousin. Be prepared, and take a friend. Five stars no questions asked.

The hint of malt is great in this drink. Subtle, but very flavourful. With any cocktail that has few ingredients, the quality of the genever is critical.

Delicious and a great way to show off a good genever

I prefer a Martini with London Dry, but this is a great way to experience the taste of Genever.
