How to make:
DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice). SHAKE again with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

|1 fl oz||Kirschwasser (cherry) eau-de-vie|
|1/2 fl oz||Luxardo Maraschino liqueur|
|1 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1 spoon||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix) (2 sugar to 1 water)|
|1 dash||Pasteurised egg white (or aquafaba)|
|1 dash||Angostura Aromatic Bitters|
