How to make

Glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and red currants sprig.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
Garnish with red currants.

Really nice, but the orange zest wasn't enough. I added 5 mL of dry curaçao to even everything out, and it went from interesting to out of this world.

A crowd pleaser. Suggest being more generous with the angostura. Since I only gad unsweetened ceanberry juice I used vanilla simple - really nice.

Not bad for Christmas in July, keeping the proportions but increasing the quantity and adding a hint of orange to put over ice during summer. Cheers!
