SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chill glass (without ice). TOP with soda.
2 fl oz | Rutte Dry Gin |
1 fl oz | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |

Review:
Go easy with the size of Collins glass you use or this drink with become over diluted. Due to the lack of ice in the serve also ensure the soda is well chilled and preferably use a frozen bottle of gin.
