How to make:
SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chill glass (without ice). TOP with soda.

| 1 fl oz | Elderflower liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |

Review:
Go easy on the size of the glass you use, or this drink will become over-diluted. Due to the lack of ice in the serving, also ensure the soda is well chilled, and preferably use a frozen bottle of gin.
