How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 3/4 fl oz | Rutte Dry Gin |
1 fl oz | Aperol or other Italian red aperitivo |
3/4 fl oz | Grapefruit juice (pink) |
1/4 fl oz | Fino sherry |
2 dash | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |

History:
Created in 2011 by Nick Van Tiel and named after the 1969 soul classic by Motown singer-songwriter Stevie Wonder. Originally titled 'Oh My Marcia', the song was originally about Wonder's girlfriend whilst he was at the Michigan School for the Blind in Lansing, Michigan. After they broke up, the lyrics and title were changed to 'My Cherie Amour'.
