How to make:

Cut watermelon into 16 segments, chop the flesh from one segment into cubes and MUDDLE in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 slice Watermelon (fresh) (chopped)
2 fl oz Patrón Reposado tequila
3/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Watermelon sugar syrup
12 pinch Salt
