Ingredients:
2 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1/2 fl oz Giffard Crème de Mûre liqueur
2/3 fl oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS flamed orange zest twist over cocktail, then use as garnish.

Review:

Rich blackberry fruit liqueur balanced by pink grapefruit and lime juice, with gin fortifying and adding complexity. The flavour is reminiscent of a Bramble served straight-up.
