Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
7 fresh Basil leaves
1 23 oz Kleos Mastiha liqueur
23 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Basil sprig

How to make:

MUDDLE basil in base of shaker. Add next 3 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda.

Lovely Drink! Mastiha is a fanatastic liqueur and it really shines in this one.
I'd like to know, which proportion of soda you used?
And I used a lot more basil and added (like in a Gin Basil Smash) a hand full of leafs.

Agreed. No need to go easy on the basil. A splash under 90ml /3oz soda should fit the bill.
