3 dash	Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters

How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

RINSE chilled glass with absinthe and discard excess.
STIR other ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.

Its nice enough but its too easy to knock back and doesn’t have the depth of flavour and strength unlike a Sazerac.
