Ingredients:
112 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
2 oz Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry chilled
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. RINSE chilled glass with absinthe and discard excess.
  2. STIR other ingredients with ice.
  3. STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.

  1. Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
