Ingredients:
1 12 oz Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
12 oz Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
12 oz Amaro (e.g. Meletti)
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
8 drop Chocolate bitters
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I had to substitute Meletti with an opened bottle of Montenegro which led to a nice drink. The chocolate bitters work well.

Didn’t have Meletti, but Amaro di Silvio worked perfectly.
