Prepare
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
Method
- SHAKE first 5 or 6 ingredients (all but raspberry eau de vie) with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- FLOAT eau-de-vie.
Garnish
- Garnish with maraschino cherry dropped into cocktail.

History
Adapted from a recipe created in 2024 by Lorenzo Antinori and Simone Caporale at their Montana bar in Hong Kong where this is the house Daiquiri.
Review
As with all Daiquiris, a perfect Montana is finely balanced, including achieving the ideal dilution. The maraschino liqueur and framboise eau de vie add subtle but pleasing fruitiness.
