Ingredients:
1 12 fl oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
12 fl oz Lustau Palo Cortado Península Sherry chilled
14 fl oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
14 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
12 drop Bob's Cardamom bitters
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of dehydrated lime slice wheel.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel.

With Havana Club 7 y/o, Scrappy's Bitters Cardamom and demerara syrup (2:1), I did find this a bit on the sweet side and cardamom heavy. Next time I will dial up the sherry and down the syrup and bitters.
