How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

|1/4 fl oz||Beetroot juice|
|1/3 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)|
|1/6 fl oz||Coconut sugar syrup|

The historical 'El Coco' is represented as coconut syrup; a hint of beetroot juice adds a little peatiness.
