1 1⁄2 oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
3⁄4 oz | Rioja (Crianza) red wine |
3⁄4 oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 oz | Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco |
Garnish: Cherry bitters spray
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with prosecco and gently stir. *Special ingredient #1: Homemade vanilla / thyme syrup
