How to make:
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with prosecco and gently stir.
*Special ingredient #1: Homemade vanilla / thyme syrup
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
| 3/4 fl oz | Rioja (Crianza) red wine |
| 3/4 fl oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 fl oz | Prosecco sparkling wine |

Review:
Red wine and light rum set the base flavours which are overlaid with tart lemon and balancing sweet vanilla and thyme syrup. Prosecco lengthens and invigorates.
