Pine (birch) notes mix well with the vermouth in this 2:1 Martini with lemon bitters adding citrus freshness the olive and rosemary sprig garnish adding to the cocktails aroma and complexity.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created in 2017 by Dean Railton at Vice & Virtue, Leeds, England. Deans original recipe called for 50ml Freya Birch Spirit, 25ml Noilly Prat vermouth and 1 dash lemon bitters.
