| 1⁄2 oz | Cocchi Americano Bianco |
| 1⁄3 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄3 oz | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist & absinthe mist
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
