How to make:

SHAKE (briefly) all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

1 fl oz Blended grain Scotch whisky
1/3 fl oz Pinot Noir red wine
1/3 fl oz Giffard Fraise des Bois
1/3 fl oz Vanilla sugar syrup
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Prosecco sparkling wine
