How to make:

SHAKE (briefly) all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

1 fl oz Blended grain Scotch whisky
13 fl oz Pinot Noir red wine
13 fl oz Giffard Fraise des Bois
13 fl oz Vanilla sugar syrup
23 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Top up with Prosecco sparkling wine

Jammy strawberry fruit and cream-of-soda vanilla fortified by grain whisky and enlivened by prosecco.

History:

Created in 2018 by Robb Collins, Group Head Bartender at London Cocktail Club, London, England, who says this is a "Beautiful drink for Christmas, long, fruity and refreshing, and of course a nice touch of bubbles."
