Ingredients:
2 oz Cockburn's Tawny Eyes Port
1 oz Martinique V.S.O.P rum
16 oz Clément Sirop de Canne
1 dash Xocolatl mole bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

The agricole rhum tames the sweetness of the port perfectly.

This was perfect. Used a Rhum Barbancourt 8 year. The ingredients blend well together. I could see this either before or after dinner. Great all around.

Great late night sipper. I used 7yo Cuban Rum, but surely will try it with Rhum agricole.
