I took two takes with this. I tried two brands of coconut water (both Iberia label), with different respective measures of Total Sugars: one had 28 g, the other had 9 g. I did bump the pineapple syrup up to 15 ml with the latter. Each drink was interesting but lacking something: acidity. Lime juice was added. My favorite shake was: 45 ml Bacardi, 15 ml pineapple syrup (1:1 juice:sugar), 7.5 ml lime juice, 50 ml organic coconut water (9 g total sugars).
