1⁄3 fl oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
1⁄3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 2⁄3 fl oz Dunkel / dark / black lager
1 2⁄3 fl oz Thomas Henry Ginger Beer

How to make

Glass

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

  1. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. TOP with beer and ginger beer.
  4. Briefly STIR.

Garnish

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
