3 slice Cucumber (fresh)
1 1/3 fl oz Cacao & coffee spiced rum
2/3 fl oz Fruit cup liqueur
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Hot pepper sauce (red, vinegar-based e.g. Tabasco)
3 fl oz Thomas Henry Ginger Ale

Garnish: Lime wedge

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Method:

MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale.
