2⁄3 oz | Fruit cup liqueur |
2⁄3 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 dash | Hot pepper sauce (red vinegar-based e.g. Tabasco) |
3 oz | Thomas Henry Ginger Ale |
Garnish: Lime wedge
MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale.
In South American Spanish ají means 'chili pepper' and dulce means 'sweet', so the name of this drink translates as 'sweet chili pepper'.
