| 1 1/3 fl oz | Cacao & coffee spiced rum |

| 2 dash | Hot pepper sauce (red, vinegar-based e.g. Tabasco) |
| 3 fl oz | Thomas Henry Ginger Ale |

How to make
Glassware
Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
Method:
MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale.
