Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
3 slice Cucumber (fresh)
1 13 oz Cacao & coffee spiced rum
23 oz Fruit cup liqueur
23 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Hot pepper sauce (red vinegar-based e.g. Tabasco)
3 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Ale

Garnish: Lime wedge

How to make:

MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale.

Review:

In South American Spanish ají means 'chili pepper' and dulce means 'sweet', so the name of this drink translates as 'sweet chili pepper'.
