1/2 fl oz	Strucchi Bianco Vermouth (chilled)
1/3 fl oz	Luxardo Sour Cherry Gin
1/3 fl oz	Cherry (brandy) liqueur
4 drop	Tonka bitters

How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of fresh cherries or skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into chilled glass.

I revisited my originally simpler recipe to make it more Martini-like in July 2026. The previous recipe:
50ml (1⅔oz) Vodka
45ml (1½oz) Cherry juice
5 (1 barspoon) Sugar syrup

Very pleasant. Adding 25ml morello cherries liqueur helped lift it somewhat.

A fairly simple "Martini". My cherry juice was sweet enough to leave out the small amount of the rich syrup and it was very nice. Nice cherry flavor, but this will greatly depend on the cherry juice you use. Well done Simon.
