1 fl oz	Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of cinnamon powder and fresh blackberry.

Method

MUDDLE blackberries in base of shaker.
Add vodka and apple juice, and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
FLOAT cream by pouring over the back of a spoon.

Garnish

Dust with cinnamon powder.
Garnish with skewered blackberry.
