Garnish:
Orange zest twist (discarded) & pineapple wedge on rim
How to make:
MUDDLE orange and pineapple in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

3 wedge | Pineapple (fresh) |
1 1/2 fl oz | Gin |
3/4 fl oz | Strucchi Rosso Vermouth |

6 slices Orange
3 slices Pineapple
1 Jigger Gin
½ jigger Italian Vermouth
Place slices of orange and pineapple in a mixing glass and muddle well, add cracked ice, Gin and Vermouth, shake well, strain and serve in a stem glass.
Alcohol content:
- 1.2 standard drinks
- 25% alc./vol. (50° proof)
- 16.9 grams of pure alcohol
