Serve in a Martini glass
3 fresh | Blackberries |
2 oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
1⁄2 oz | Strucchi Rosso Vermouth |
3⁄4 oz | Giffard Crème de Mûre liqueur |
1⁄2 oz | Pineapple juice |
3 dash | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |
Garnish: Blackberries & lemon zest twist (discarded)
MUDDLE blackberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
