Ingredients:

1 1⁄3 fl oz	Single pot still Irish whiskey
1 fl oz	Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
1⁄6 fl oz	St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur
1⁄4 fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
1 fresh	Egg (white & yolk)

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a TODDY GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.

How to make:

3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
4. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

6. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
