How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 1/3 fl oz Single pot still Irish whiskey
1 fl oz Martini Rosso sweet vermouth
1/6 fl oz Pimento dram liqueur
1/4 fl oz Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water
1 fresh Egg (white & yolk)
