1 12 oz Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
56 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
13 oz Giffard Poire William

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of float single mint leaf.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
