Serve in a Collins glass
2 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
2 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1⁄4 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
3 1⁄3 oz | Thomas Henry Tonic Water |
Garnish: Lime wedge
MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker, add gin and sugar, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with tonic water.
A dry, refreshing long drink for those that like their G&Ts gingered.

Will definitely make again and tinker with different tonic waters, bitters and maybe a touch of rich syrup.
