Ingredients:
1 23 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
1 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
23 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of apricot wedge or dried apricot half.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with apricot wedge or half.

Oh boy, did I luck onto this. Been having a hell of a time finding suitable drinks for my Giffard Abricot du Roussillon and my new purchase Appleton Estate 8. Do they ever meld into sublimity with these specs, wow.
