Made this again.
Substituted Giffard's Creme de Pampelmousse for the sugar syrup. Resulting cocktail had more grapefruit flavour and a little drier.

Used Pusser's Gunpowder Proof... A touch too weighty for a Daiquiri, but kinda damn tasty... Reducing the syrup to 10 ml allowed the grapefruit and lime to express more clearly. Improved the drink as a result.

Gentle and easy to drink daiquiri. Loved the Navy rum and the hint of grapefruit. Wonderful sweet and sour taste.
