Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
34 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of quarter orange slice wheel.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with orange slice.

Now this was something extra! I used a quite expensive cognac, but must admit that I prefer that one considering how well it came out in the cocktail. Sidecar, you hade made a worthy friend!
