This was an after diinner drink. Had a bottle of prosecco open. I enjoyed the hint of sweetness from the Chambord. This is on my list for an after dinner cocktail!

Had this for brunch today. It was perfect. The drink is tart, so the sugar rim would be recommended. It would be good without the sugar rim, but I would add a dash of simple syrup.
