Ingredients:
1 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
12 oz Mexican corn whisky
12 oz Corn/maize liqueur
12 oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of toasted baby corn.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  4. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with toasted baby corn.

History:

Created in March 2025 by yours truly and adapted from a cocktail served at Maize restaurant in Westfield, New Jersey. The original recipe is quite different and comprises "Michter's bourbon, Patron Resposado tequila, elote syrup, banana, lemon juice and egg white."
