1/3 fl oz | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
1 1/4 fl oz | Pineapple juice |
1/2 fl oz | Sauvignon blanc wine |
1/3 fl oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
- Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.
