Ingredients:
1 12 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
1 12 oz Italicus liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Agave syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of 3 skewered Fragata Green Olives.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with skewered olives.

History:

Based on a nightcap shot made early in 2020 by Jack McGarry at The Dead Rabbit in Manhattan for Giuseppe Gallo, Italicus Rosolio's founder. This inspired Giuseppe to develop the Mezcalicus, which has found its way onto drink menus across America's southern states.
